MomentShare lets users request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete through the Android app

  1. Open MomentShare and log in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open the menu.
  4. Choose Delete Account.
  5. Review the information and confirm the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my MomentShare account". Include your MomentShare username and enough information to verify account ownership. Send the request from your verified recovery email when available.

We may request limited account-ownership confirmation to protect accounts from fraudulent deletion. Never send your password, payment PIN, one-time code, complete payment details, or sensitive personal documents by ordinary email.

Information deleted or de-identified

After account-ownership confirmation, we delete or permanently de-identify account login data, public profile, full name, DOB and preferences, bio and optional profile details, profile and banner photos, posts and post photos, follows, saved-post records, likes, comments and replies, recommendation dismissals, messages and chat photos, device tokens, notification records, privately submitted authenticity-review material, and other account-linked app activity, subject to the limited retention below.

Content copied or independently retained by another user outside MomentShare cannot be retrieved or deleted by us.

Limited retention

We may retain the minimum records reasonably necessary for legal compliance, child safety, fraud and abuse prevention, security, disputes, billing, tax, audit, chargebacks, and enforcement of our Terms. This may include purchase entitlement history, moderation reports, administrative audit records, and security events.

Account-linked operational data is normally deleted or de-identified within 30 days after a verified request. Deleted information may remain in encrypted backup rotation for up to 30 additional days. Records required for legal, safety, fraud, dispute, billing, or accounting purposes may be retained for up to 7 years where necessary, then deleted or de-identified when the purpose ends.

Google Play service

Deleting a MomentShare account does not automatically cancel a Google Play service. To prevent future renewal:
1. Open Google Play.
2. Tap your profile picture.
3. Open Payments & services, then Subscriptions.
4. Select MomentShare and cancel.

Cancellation and refund eligibility remain governed by Google Play and the MomentShare Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Consequences

Deletion is permanent after processing. Your username, content, conversations, authenticity badge, free social access association, and account history may not be recoverable. A protected duplicate-prevention record may be retained where lawful and necessary for safety and abuse prevention.
